 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  My experience with KITA goes back 20 years ago when Peter replaced my pitched roof on my San Francisco Property.  So when it was necessary to get an HOA inspection I contacted KITA.  Their inspection was honest complete and professional.  The shingles were fine but the ridge needed replacement.  So that's what Peter did.  I trust him completely.  Other contractors automatically wanted to put a new roof.  I could see from KITA's documentation it was not necessary.  The job was completed before the rains exactly on time.  Later I learned that my neighbor also used KITA for their roof this year and had also had their roof replaced 20 years ago.  In an age where roofing costs can vary, you can trust the service, quote, and professions of kITA.

At my age, I’ve dealt with more than a few contractors over the years, and it’s not often you find a company that is this reliable, professional, and amazing to work with.

From the very beginning, they impressed me. Their quote was the clearest one I received, easy to understand and no hidden surprises. That already told me they were honest folks.

The office staff was such a delight. My calls and emails were answered immediately and they never made me feel like I was bothering them with my questions (and believe me, I had plenty!). They always followed up and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. That kind of communication really put me at ease.

The crew that came to work on my roof was just as wonderful. They showed up on time every morning, worked hard, and treated my property with respect. Everything was cleaned up spotless after the job was done.

What really touched me was that they genuinely cared about the job and about me as the customer. They even went above and beyond to fix a few extra things they found. You really don’t see that anymore.

I’ve lived a long time and seen all kinds of service, and I can honestly say KITA Roofing is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve earned my highest recommendation.

I needed my 20 year old cedar shake repaired, they provided before and after photos, were competitively priced and able to work with my schedule.
